Role: London Market Broker (Producer)

Location: London (Hybrid working)

Salary: £110,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Our client is an established specialist insurance intermediary responsible for servicing a worldwide portfolio of UK and international clients. They focus on placing complex liability and other specialty insurance and reinsurance risks with insurers in all major markets, including Lloyd’s of London.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a London Market Broker to join our client’s rapidly growing business. This role will report directly to the Head of UK & Europe Broking and will be pivotal in driving business development and client relationships.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

· Facilitating the broking process and creating tailored deals to satisfy client requirements.

· Formulating strategic plans for business development aimed at expanding operations in the UK and EU markets.

· Recognising business sectors where our client can effectively engage and seizing those opportunities for growth.

· Cultivating and maintaining strong connections with brokers across the UK.

· Sourcing potential clients and developing a comprehensive sales pipeline.

· Undertaking national travel to engage with clients and strengthen relationships.

About You:

· Demonstrated expertise as a broker with experience in professional indemnity, directors & officers, or cyber insurance in a producing capacity.

· Strong connections and established rapport with underwriters.

· A successful history of developing and nurturing relationships with independent producers.

· A self-motivated individual who takes initiative in managing their own business responsibilities.
