Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus and 3 days WFH

Position Overview:

As a Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving their motor fleet insurance sales. You will engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements. If you have a passion for sales, a keen understanding of the insurance industry, and a knack for building rapport with clients, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new business in the motor fleet insurance sector.
• Identify and target potential clients through networking, warm calls, and other lead generation methods.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customised insurance solutions to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and client onboarding.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector, with a focus on motor fleet insurance (desirable).
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the motor fleet market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
