They’re are now looking to expand their team with a dedicated Accounts Administrator to assist in the smooth running of their finance department.

Role Overview:

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance to join a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Process payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Assist with credit control, liaising with clients to ensure payments are collected on time.
  • Handle queries related to accounts, policies, and premiums, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial reports and liaise with auditors.
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in Insurance administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • A proactive and organised approach to work.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry.
